Nothing motivates me more than food. Going out to eat, trying something new, icecream, desert. It is all my ideal form of reward. But, it isn't very fruitful to reward myself with food when I'm in training. So....here's what I've come up with.
Every time I work out, I earn $2.00 If I work out five times a week, I earn $10 a week. This money cannot go towards food. It can go towards anything else in the world, probably workout equipment, movies and other fun stuff. This appeals to the Libby who is budgeting, and isn't spending money on all those fun things.
On another note, the registration for the triathalon is open. I am going to sign up now, before I lose my determination! I'm one step closer to the finish line!
